The Sandner Group handles claims whether they involve bodily injury, property damage or both.

An experienced claim adjuster will be assigned to complete the following:

Verify and document coverage
A full investigation including statements of the insured, claimant and witnesses if appropriate
Determine liability based on applicable statutes
Evaluate damages for settlement purposes
Make a recommendation to the client
Conclude the claim through settlement or manage the litigation process, if that is the direction taken
